Last night HasOffers was awarded the “Service Provider of the Year” award by the Washington Technology Industry Association (WTIA). It was the 16th Annual Industry Achievement Awards, and it was especially exciting to win an award in Washington, our home state. Plus, this is not just an affiliate marketing specific award. The WTIA is one of the largest statewide associations of technology companies, IT departments and technology professionals in North America representing over 125,000 technology employees.
This award specifically recognizes a Washington State company that best demonstrates excellent technology and service innovation. The winners were determined by a vote taken from a panel of technology leaders ranging from Venture Capitalists like Voyager, Madrona, and Microsoft to directors and CEO’s like Karl Siebrecht of AdReady and Rand Fishkin of SEOmoz. The complete list of finalists was studded with incredible companies in Washington that are all seeing incredible growth. It was truly an honor just to be nominated with this exciting group of technologists. In the last 16 years, companies such as Microsoft, RealNetworks, F5 Networks and Concur have been recognized by the WTIA and it is so exciting to join those ranks.
“It was so exciting for our whole team.” said Lucas Brown, CEO. “We had a number of account managers and customer service people there because we know that you can build technology, but without great people you’ll never be the best service provider.”

Overall it was an amazing event for networking with others in the Seattle technology scene, and we look forward to being involved more with the WTIA in the future. This solid organization makes it possible for Washington companies to group purchase essential products and services like health insurance, telecommunications, payroll services and more. They also provide advocacy for technology interests in the state capital as well as access to the latest industry news, trends, salary surveys and other vital business information.
