Watch Kodak Alaris Discuss TUNE Marketing Console
Billion-dollar startup Kodak Alaris makes it easy for people to take photos from their mobile phone and immediately order prints from a nearby store. But before using TUNE, they had very little visibility on who was downloading their global app, aside from the occasional customer who would visit a Kodak Alaris kiosk in person.
“We were missing an opportunity because we were having to make some assumptions about which of our marketing channels and advertising channels were the best performing,” explained Paul Davey, Marketing Manager at Kodak Alaris.
Using TUNE Marketing Console, Kodak Alaris gained visibility into their global marketing penetration and which advertising channels resulted in the most app installations by country. They were able to adjust their budget allocation to focus on these channels, and even use the mobile marketing insights to inform their product development to deliver the best value to users.
“With the insight that we’ve gained from using TUNE over the last 12 months, we’re now able to identify where those app installations are coming from, and we’re able to shift our marketing budgets around to fulfill that demand.”
